Looks like an old 60s or 70s auntie saree. Sorry not feeling it at all. the contrast white blouse may also be adding to the 70s vibe.
The entire look is too stuffy. The hair is a definite downer.

The colour is fine, and the saree is draped very well, but it’s not a good look, imo. There are too many clashing colours here, via blouse and shoes. Sheer sarees look the most flattering when the blouse is also in the same colour. Here it’s visually cutting Kangana off at odd places. And the makeup and hair aren’t the best either. Missed opportunity.
