Sonam graced the opening of designer Raghavendra Rathore’s store in Mumbai wearing a white shirt with a feather-embellished black maxi skirt. Hair in an ponytail, she finished out her look with a Dolce & Gabbana perspex clutch and kundan jewellery.

Did she nail the Herrera inspired look? I liked the look waist up, but am not quite a fan of that skirt.

In Yanina Couture

Wearing a creation from the Russian label, Yanina Couture, Sonam attended Manish Malhotra’s 50th birthday bash on Monday evening. The velvet black gown with its frilly sleeves providing the illusion of the skirt for the ballerina on the sleeve was just absolutely gorgeous. And Ms. Kapoor did complete justice to it by wearing it with the updo and red lip.

Made for a rather classic and elegant look. Love!

For her Delhi trip, Ms. Kapoor was spotted wearing white maxi while departing as well as while arriving back to Mumbai. While she looked more dressed up in the DvF one with the addition of the coat and the red lip, the Payal Pratap look was more of a toned down one.

In Stéphane Rolland Couture

Introducing Stéphane Rolland to the Indian red carpet for the very first time was Sonam at the Star Screen Awards. The actor never shies away from doing drama and here she did so by picking the most voluminous gown from the designer Fall 2016 couture collection. The black and white skirt with its full sleeves and full-skirt wasn’t devoid of that sexy factor that comes with each of Rolland’s creation and here it came via the sheer panel that revealed plenty.

In all the full-lengths, Sonam looked good but when I see the closeups, can’t say I like that eye-shadow.

In Caroline Hayden

Looks like Ms. Kapoor heard our reviews of her last Caroline Hayden look because on Wednesday night, she picked a creation from the American label that was anything but dull.

While I loved the contrast of the pink and the aqua Farah Khan Fine Jewellery, the gown itself didn’t feel as unique or striking. Ms. Kapoor looked pretty though.
