Sari Style
Rani attended the Lakhani-Bhagchandka wedding in a green banarasi sari paired with a gold blouse and while the sari was delish, I wasn’t a fan of that blouse, especially the sleeve-length.

We have a successor to Rekha in terms of the jewellery. Delish!!
Yes, the blouse is a rare miss for Rani.
She looks amazing.. What a gorgeous saree and jewelry!!!
Love the look head to toe
Sari is sumptuous!
Simply gooooorgeous! She needs to give me that sari
The blouse length is actually very common. Most ladies do that plus the plain gold no design blouse let’s the Saree shine.
As for the Saree love it but the color could have been a better green share than the dull one here.
absolutely. blouses traditionally were simple in design and the only brain work required was to deicde the neckline and design since sarees were meant to do the talking. bollywood and its designers are the ones to blame for butchering the simplicity of a saree and now we find this boring. india and indians need to throw bollywood out of their lives
Agree re: the blouse — the sleeve needed to hit the elbow. This is an awkward length.
Otherwise, Rani’s saree swag is always on point.
The most common sleeve length…if you are a daily saree wearer. Rest is fancy stuff usually.
I am not sure I like these extra large neckpieces with such sarees. The choker type piece was more than enough.
She does wear ‘regular’ Indian jewelry which is always good to see. I wish she tried a different hairstyle but I’ll take this over some over the top extensions or orange hair.
First, it’s quite normal to see a blouse that hits midway on the arm. Very likely this is an older piece from her wardrobe. I’m quite charmed by the fact she, like many ladies, may have a go-to-goldy-blouse that goes with many saris. Sustainability and all that
This was a miss for Rani, who always looks fabulous in sarees. Loved the long “tanmani” style necklace. Didn’t care for the choker or the round earrings.
Rani has a round face and a short stalky frame. She needed vertical length to balance things out. The chipkoo hairstyle didn’t help either.
