With the Filmfare Awards being such big event, how do you top a look that is different from every other awards ceremony? By wearing a dream couture look, but of course! That was Ms. Kapoor on Saturday evening wearing a dreamy Elie Saab from the Fall 2016 Haute Couture collection.

I wish we had pics from the red carpet to see how it looked but from what we see, she looked rather lovely.

P.S. The sponsors of the show didn’t allow other photographers to the event, so we are having to use social media pics for now.

Sonam gave us another sighting of her in Yanina Couture at the Stardust Awards on Monday wearing one from the Russian label’s Fall 2016 collection.

Wearing the tulle gown with its sheer bodice was quite a risk on Sonam’s part but it’s one that paid off. By wearing the diamond headband and studs (from Minawala), the actor gave the look a bit of a young princess/debutante feel. She made it work.

Sonam attended the Masala Awards in Dubai on Thursday and was seen in another Caroline Hayden gown. She styled the cream halter-neck silk gown with a sleek side-parted updo and a wine-hued red lip with a satin clutch and satin pumps finishing out the look.

I’ve said it before, and I will say it again. I do not see what Ms. Kapoor finds so special in Hayden’s designs. Neck up, sure she looked good, but wasn’t a fan of the gown.

Sonam was spotted arriving from Dubai wearing a Dhruv Kapoor wool jacket with distressed denims, her Gucci bag and Nike sneakers. Don’t care for the sneakers but the jacket, am really loving!
