Sharmin, who makes her debut in Malaal, attended the song launch on Wednesday wearing a blue lehenga by Anita Dongre. The trailer launch a few weeks ago saw her in a Sabyasachi sharara.
While I like both the outfits, loved her in the Dongre just a wee bit more. Wish she’d worn her hair back in the Sabyasachi but that’s just me.

Omg, I haven’t seen a choli this long on these pages ever. LOVE the blue lehenga for its amazing color palette and beautiful top. Goes to show that if celebrities cover up, they look every bit as glamorous and pretty. Anita Dongre is amazing.
Sabya is nice too..wish she had worn her dupatta differently. Pretty pieces!
Love the blue legenga. It’s so good to see a choli this proper and decent after eons of watching bralets pass off as cholis. Plus she seems at ease , not faking poses n smiles.

I’m beginning to think that Sabya outfits needs to be styled in a certain way so they look like TM Sabya. With Sharmin’s (regular) styling, it looks like any other ‘party-wear’outfit and doesn’t stand out like its a Sabyasachi piece. [also HHC team, you always complain that stylists always put forth pulled back hair fo Sabya outfit. Now that we have someone not follow the SOP and showcase what happens to his design then, I see why :D]
She could have done the sabya without the duppatta. But yes, how refreshing to see styling that we can all relate too.
