In Sonya For VEMB

The promotions of Hate Story 2 in the pink city of Jaipur saw Surveen in a pink Sonya for VEMB maxi that she wore with hoop earrings.

The printed maxi also features a cutout hip detail but it wasn’t too risqué-ish. She looked nice.

Huma unveiled her Femina cover wearing a red Vizyon peplum top with a white Marks & Spencer pencil skirt with H&M accessories finishing out the look.

Now this look, we have no complaints about.

Of Promotions

The 2014 India International Jewellery Week takes place in Mumbai from the 14th to the 17th of July and promotions for it have begun with Sonam back as the brand ambassador.

The first ad features her wearing a navy Elie Saab Couture gown. We can’t see much of the jewellery but the gown looks gorg.

In Twos

Tamannaah was one of the guests of honor at the 2014 North American Telugu Association (NATA) Convention and attended a few events that happened over the July 4th Weekend.

While one event saw her in a Pankaj and Nidhi sheath dress, the other event had her wearing a more decked out Neeta Lulla lehenga.

We don’t have good pics yet but much prefer her in the dress. You?

(Un)Covered

Femina’s July cover sure packs a punch featuring Ms. Qureshi making a statement about her body. If that doesn’t open up a debate, what would…? Without getting specific about a particular star (to avoid moderation), tell us, is it fair to hold our celebrities to this standard of beauty and body? When they (actors) peddle everything from shampoos to insurance, should we also expect them to look a certain way as part of their off-the-cinemascope duties? Or excelling in the craft of their choice is enough. We want to know what you think!
