Upgrade!
November 11th, 2009 at 2:45 am . by PayalIf you’ve been reading us long enough, you’ve probably seen the awful appearances Ms. Dutta has given us. (Remember the semi-sheer saris with tacky silver/gold spaghetti blouses that were oh-so-ill-fitting?)
Has Ms. Dutta finally started taking steps in the right direction? We can only be sure after her next appearance. For now, we’ll give this one an ‘Upgrade’.

One word – awesome. Love the simple look.
she looks so lovely! one can never go wrong with classic silhouettes. the color is flattering on her and the simplicity of the saree makes her look so fresh. love the tiny silver clutch thingie too
Upgrade??? For Divya and her past track record this is as a close to perfect as she has just about ever gotten. Nice simple sari in a nice color. Decent blouse though sleeves would’ve been nice too and simple hair. She looks great.
Did she suddenly acquire a new stylist who ensures that she follows instructions, she is looking nice, after a very long time. The blue looks good and the saree is draped well; but as you say, holding breath and fingers crossed for her next appearance.

Definitely an upgrade but still a dud. That little purse is so yester-years & the saree could have done with at least some embellishments.But at lesat she has the drape & colour right.

A pretty boring look – its o.k but nothing special and that kind of purse you can pick up from any desi store for about $20!
Might be an upgrade for her but now she looks like a Karol Bagh auntyji instead of a Bollywood starlet.
She looks nicer than I’ve ever seen her before. It’s a little dull, but better dull than dreadful!

This is not Divya , its her twin sister Kavya who was lost in Kumbh Mela when they were little kids. She is now happily married and lives in Karol Bagh. ;-)
The purse is awful, if she had a necklace she would have looked even better.
