Alia was seen in a custom Anamika Khanna bustier drape gown featuring a sari-inspired pallu train. To me this was a miss. The outfit in itself felt too one-toned and the design itself just didn’t feel like it worked on her (Alia). Did you like?

Alia attended the Red Sea Film Festival wearing a Rami Kadi off-shoulder gown to a talk and then in a silver/grey strapless gown from Miss Sohee featuring a balloon sleeve cape. Between the two, preferred the Rami a whole lot more. The formal gown with the cape felt a bit overwhelming and not very novel given we’ve seen Ms. Chopra wear them so often. Wish she’d skipped it.

Sonam was seen at the Elle List event in a Rick Owens look featuring a cutout gown and a gloved oversized leather jacket. Sure it was a clean look with the pulled back hair and silver studs but the sheen on that gown was making me not like it as much. It was giving off Deme vibes.

Well, well, well. It didn’t take long for Ms. I-Love-Corsets Pednekar to come back to her first love. She was seen at the Elle Beauty Awards wearing a structured corset gown from Andrea Brocca paired with ankle-strap sandals. Some of her previous appearances in corset gowns have been quite ill-fitted and hence have looked bad. No complaints about this one though. She looked good here even though I think this gown may not get a lot of love from everyone.
