For her appearance at a recent Awards event, Vaani picked a feather-trimmed Manish Malhotra sari to wear. Personally, the sari just isn’t my cup of tea but if anyone was going to pull it off, Vaani had the best odds. That said though, even on Vaani, it wasn’t quite a home run. Perhaps with a different blouse, a sleek updo or slicked back hair and no bindi, the look would’ve stood a chance. As is though, it didn’t quite land for us.

Kriti attended promotions for her upcoming movie first in a red sari by Aastha Narang and then in one by Manish Malhotra. While she looked great in both, I was drawn to the red one just a wee bit more.

Promotions for her upcoming movie have seen Ms. Bhatt sport white, a color that her character wears in the movie. While it’s been mostly saris, she was also spotted wearing suits at two events.

Her sari outings have been quite similar with silver jhumkis and a black bindi being staple in most. Loved her in all except the Manish Malhotra. Wasn’t a fan of that busy blouse. Did you have a favorite?

Promotions of their upcoming web series saw Kirti and Shefali in saris, the former in one by Ekaya and the latter in a Manish Malhotra. Liked both their saris but between the two, preferred Shefali in hers. The necklace on Kirti wasn’t working with the halter blouse.

Shilpa and Malavika were seen wearing Manish Malhotra’s sequin sari in wine-hued shades recently. Question is, do you prefer Shilpa’s version with the sleeve trains or the simpler one on Malavika.
