After having gone all OTT (a few posts back), Shilpa Shetty went the simple-and-casual route for a product/service launch at her spa.

It was Dior for Ira Dubey and Lisa Haydon, who also feature in ‘Aisha’. Ira wore a full-sleeve wave pattern Spring 2010 dress with gold Dior sandals (from the same season). Instead of going with the runway belt, she picked one that had a clock buckle. How cute.
Lisa combined separates from two different looks. Individually the the top and the skirt are exquisite but I am not in love with the sequin and pattern mixing. Also, her hair feels too severe and the top could use a belt. (P.S. Priyanka loves it though.)

It was a Shantanu-Nikhil lehenga with a Dior clutch for the new bride Sania at the Sialkot reception while husband Shoaib wore a white sherwani. Finally, a look that I love, clutch and all. 😉

Both ladies went the casual route at their respective events by choosing to wear graphic print tees paired with a sequined accent, one a cardi, the other a vest. While Anusha stuck to skinnies, it was a denim skirt for Maria and the question begs to be asked… Who’s look do you prefer more?

At designer Anupama Dayal’s collection showcase, we spotted Nina Manuel being what else but her fierce self. And before you jump at our bias, lemme be the first to say we aren’t blind to the disaster that outfit would’ve been on almost everyone else, but on this off-duty model it just worked. She managed to make it look grungy and edgy all at once. And does anyone else see the irony in pairing that look with the Lady Dior bag? 😛
The pictures below of Nina are in dresses fron Anupama’s collection that she tried on/modelled at the store. Am hoping she got to keep the yellow dress/tunic considering how great it looked on her.
