Wearing Gucci, Alia attended the GQ Men Of The Year awards on Wednesday evening. While the outfit was simple and she wore it well, you can’t get me to like those platform loafers. They just look so awkward.
Also, her wearing Gucci shouldn’t be a suprise to anyone given she is the brand ambassador.

Ranbir and Alia seemed to have accidently (or possibly on purpose) coordinated with the hosts of their Diwali party (Saif and Kareena) with Ranbir in black and white and Alia wearing a red Manish Malhotra lehenga. Between the border and color, I was quite reminded of this Sabyasachi lehenga which was a whole lot more finished out than the one Alia wore. The outfit as a while felt bare. I also don’t get why such an established designer like Mr. Malhotra, every now and then, churn out designs that feel so very Sabya.

At the launch of JIO World, a luxury shopping center, Alia was seen wearing a jumpsuit featuring a sculptural skirt from Gaurav Gupta’s couture collection. Of all the color offerings the designer had, I can’t believe she picked something in black. You can barely see any of the design elements that one should immediately see with a couture piece.
Color me disappointed.
