Not Quite

While Ameesha paired her Nalandda Bhandari top with a pair of shorts and accessorized with Gucci heels and a Chanel bag, Sameera went with a white corset that she paired with pants, a Jimmy Choo clutch and some peep-toes.

The top wasn’t the most flattering on Ameesha and we’ve certainly seen Sameera look better… It’s going to be a ‘Not Quite‘ for both these ladies.

In BCBG

Urmila may have gone matchy-matchy, but she still did look great; so much better than that last appearance.

You like?

All three ladies went the shimmer route… Tabu in a Nandita Mahtani dress, Amrita Rao by way of her cardigan and Sonakshi Sinha in her embellished dress. Question now is, whose appearance do you dig most?

LFW Winter/Festive 2010: Masaba

Masaba’s most recent collection stayed true to the designer’s aesthetic. She continued to play with colors and patterns, mixing textures to interesting results. While it wasn’t over the top kitschy, it wasn’t one for the wallflowers among us either. Some outfits were more successful than others but ‘boring‘ is not we’d accuse the designer of. It’d be interesting to see what this young designer does next.

LFW Winter/Festive 2010: Satya Paul

There were dresses, gowns, saris, lehengas, separates… Quite the extensive collection from Satya Paul. But that doesn’t mean they were all good.

Less said about the western-wear, the better. I hope to never see that rosette gown on a red carpet. Ever. The saris were pretty and wearable. We can’t help but wish the collection was better edited though, there is such a thing as one too many.
