She is missing a bindi and a dupatta and then could be on top of a train dancing to chaiya chaiya. And in comparison to Malaika’s personal style, a dance costume is better any day. So i actually like this look.
This is way too tacky and theatrical unless it was only for a performance…

Like the others are saying, it does look like a Chaiyya-Chaiyya throwback. Costumey in not a good way. Plus, there are obvious fit issues – the ghaghra is too long, and the choli ill fitting.
