At the Sinha-Iqbal reception, Rekha sported another chaugoshia which is becoming quite her other signature look: the primary being her in her gold kanjis. Ms. Kak also caught my eye in her farshi gharara. It was a classic look which may not be everyone’s cup of tea but I loved.

Rekha and Gauri wore Manish Malhotra saris to his Diwali party with the former wearing a kanjivaram and the latter a net sari. Between that red border on Rekha’s kanjivaram and the floral one on Gauri, both saris felt so very Sabya-inspired.

Rekha, who has been collaborating a lot with Manish Malhotra, was seen at Hema Malini’s birthday celebrations wearing a cream and white sari by the designer. Given all the embroidery, that sari was possibly quite heavy and stiff but she seemed to wear it with ease.
