Ananya opted for a sari from Masaba to wear to an awards show pairing it with a pearl and diamond choker. Something about the sari being more cream and the pearl being ultra white, the combo wasn’t coming together for me. I think a nice vintage gold choker would’ve worked better and tied in with that gold strapless blouse.

Alia attended the Jain-Advani mehendi ceremony wearing a gharara by Anushka Khanna paired with a potli, heavy earrings from Amaris. A contrast of color came via a purple polka dot ribbon which she wore as a parandi. She looked nice.

Ananya posted pics of herself on social media wearing strapless Self-Portrait denim top and a midi leather skirt paired with Aquazurra sandals. Now that I’ve seen the model wear it with the mini-skirt, found the proportions of the top working better with the mini. Just me feeling that way?

Ananya attended an awards event in Delhi on Friday wearing a black and gold woven sari from Raw Mango paired with gold drop earrings and a top knot. I must admit seeing her in this was a surprise just because of the style drape and blouse choice. She looked nice. She also surprised me last month in the pleated Payal Khandwala. But am not sure if that was for an event or just a photoshoot.
P.S. She is styled by Priyanka Kapadia in the Raw Mango and Ami in the Khandwala.
