At the press conference announcing a new season of a television show, Malaika was photographed in a Georges Chakra gown.

Is the gown meant to fit like that or whatever is happening at the seams and hem, a direct result of quick on-the-go alterations? If you can disregard all of that, there’s no denying Malaika looked striking.

Wearing a Dar Sara gown with a sprawling train, Malaika attended (and helped judge) a recent pageant. Matching gold-toned ankle-strap sandals aside, her accessories for the evening included jewelry by Farah Khan and a Judith Leiber clutch.

Not a fan of the gown. The scoop neck, wide shoulder/strap mesh panel for a lack of better word, made the whole look seem like an off the rack cosplay costume. And that train, so excessive and unnecessary. Malaika can do better, this was a miss.

Wearing the same crop-top (though tied differently) with distressed denims, designer clutches and pumps, both Diana and Malaika stepped out in Mumbai recently. I’d ask you to pick a favorite but can we just agree neither look works; the ladies deserve better!
