Wearing a Naeem Khan gown, Malaika helped judge a pageant in Mumbai. This wasn’t a look we were big fans of… The whole thing just looked so dated. The diamond earrings competing with those shoulder pads and turtleneck, the pendant peeking through the keyhole (neckline) and inexplicably, teaming the dress with white Louboutin slingbacks, it was all just a miss.

It’s a 50-50 look, the Color is awesome, overall look is tacky, peephole and a pendant or watever it is.. the shiny cheap fabric, the full sleeves extending upto wrist.. I don’t care the hair or make up because the attire, it’s fit and quality is where it loses.

With that incredibly flawless and damn perfect body, she can make literally any dress look good on her. She is a goddess. have not seen a single dress that she cannot carry till date. incredible creature.
Difficult to put a finger to it but something about this look is off. And Malaika looks like she is trying really hard to suck her stomach in.
This ewwwwwwww on a different level. tacky tacky tacky. But when does Malaika fashion choices not tacky. So its just business as usual

The gown and the hairdo has the “90s beauty queens at pagents” vibe, and not in a good way! And, the white and silver heels… Gosh!
While I agree with the comments that fashion always comes back, it has to look contemporary as well. Also, this look does not!!
And, I don’t think it is about whether her outfits are covered up or revealing… It’s about the choices, the occassion and how she carries them!
