Both Nandita and Lillete picked saris to wear to a recent movie screening. Of course, given it was Nandita’s film, the filmmaker’s choice of a dressier, more festive sari (and jewelry) was keeping in line with the occasion. Both ladies looked lovely!

Wearing saris, Lillete and Ira attended Prithvi Festival’s opening event. Keeping things simple, the ladies rounded out their look with red lip color and traditional long earrings. The mother-daughter duo looked nice.

P.S: You may recall seeing Pinky Reddy’s Sabyasachi sari on Anushka Sharma and Sujata Assomull as well. Ms. Reddy herself has worn this sari before.

It’s been a sari streak for Ira but on this occasion we have to give props to Mommy dearest for shining in her orange one. Some of you may not like Queenie and we’ll admit it that the sari isn’t extraordinary but we’ll take this toned down look over her some of the garish western ones we’ve seen any day.
