Kareena, who performed at the Big Star Entertainment Awards, walked the red carpet wearing a gold Shantanu Nikhil sari gown.
Going by the pics, it was evident that Ms. Kapoor didn’t know what to do with the pallu and in attempt to show off the embroidered bodice just plonked it on the side which only made the look more awkward and sloppy at the back. That and the hair. Way too severe for the look.
She might’ve looked better had she worn the sari the regular way, like the version worn by the model.

The red lips was customary but what really made the look pop was the sleek hair do.
Just wish, she’d saved this look for a different event. We only say that because the affair seemed quite casual given how the other guests showed up. Does it matter to you?
