Janhvi cast her vote early in the morning wearing a pink Punit Balana anarkali and then travelled out of the city for promotions wearing a mini dress with sneakers. While she looked pretty in the pink, it is just so weird to me that the outfit just got that short of an outing. As a designer who lent the piece, I wouldn’t be very happy about it.

But, that is the nature of the business these days.

Janhvi attended promotions for her upcoming movie wearing a custom skirt and crop top from Masaba on Saturday and then a Manish Malhotra sari on Sunday. Both outfits featured her player number from the movie. The actor did acknowledge that she was impressed with Zendaya’s Challengers press tour and decided to incorporate the same for her sports theme movie.

I liked the cricket ball dress but these two numbered looks feel a bit too gimmicky/costumey to me. Y’all liking these two outfits?

Janhvi kicked off promotions for her upcoming cricket themed movie wearing a custom dress from Surya Sarkar embellished in the back with cricket balls sourced from Amama Jewels. I liked the idea of incorporting the sport into the dress, reminds me of Zendaya and her Challengers tour outings where tennis was incorporated into all her appearances.

Having said that, she looked good but for the dress felt really awkward for a day time appearance.

At a promotional event for a company that she tied up with, Janhvi was seen in a plaid mini dress from Alessandra Rich paired with white pumps and pearl earrings. That dress aint easy to style but somehow I liked the finishing touches here.
