The dress on Freida was a bit reminiscent (for us anyway) of the Christopher Kane dress that we spotted on her a lil’ while back, but while last time the hair was a complete let down, not so much this time. Loved the look head-to-toe… young, fresh and flirty.

Having said that, I am so in love with that runway version. That nude dress is absolute lust-worthy. Only Valentino could’ve turned ruffles into something so gosh-darn-goood. I just said Gosh-Darn-Goood. Yes, I must be in a fifties diner. Or in my fifties. 😉

Freida at MEIFF: A First Look

Update: Turns out Freida was wearing a gown version of the Resort 2010 Louis Vuitton dress and not quite Marc Jacobs. Even though Marc Jacobs is the creative director of Vuitton, his line is different from LV.

After the Vuitton disaster, Ms. Pinto toned it down and stuck to black at the Middle East International Film Festival in Marc Jacobs Louis Vuitton. My first reaction at seeing the pics was “Is that her hair tied into the halter”? Except, it isn’t (she had a high pony tail). 😛

It’s not a look we love (only cuz she has looked far better), but hey, it was definitely an upgrade from the blue outfit.

Ms. Pinto attended the Louis Vuitton show at Paris Fashion Week wearing a blue ensemble from the Fall 2009 collection. After seeing the runway, I wish Freida had rather worn the black/blue because this one was just too much blue for me.

We can all pretty much agree that Ms Pinto’s appearance in Missoni at the Harry Winston party a few weeks ago was less than impressive. No matter which picture you looked at, the peach silk just made her look pale. Cut to last night at the Burberry Spring 2010 presentation and Freida did much better in a yellow Burberry dress from the recent Spring 2010 collection. (Gosh, some people do have all the luck!)

Dev, on the other hand, looked like he just rolled out of bed. Considering Burberry dresses him more than Freida, you’d think he would be the better dressed one out of the two.

P.S. Freida is wearing Rupert Sanderson ‘Aspasia’ heels with the Burberry dress.

Freida attended a Fashion’s Night Out event hosted by Aspreys in London wearing a purple Jasmine Di Milo dress while Dev Patel opted for a suit minus a tie. More in sync this time, and I loved the duo. You?
