Rakul attended a sangeet on Sunday evening wearing a lehenga sari ( Falguni and Shane Peacock) with a diamond bracelet and necklace. She has been opting for flats which explains why the lehenga was pooling so much but that also makes me question why wear such an outfit that adds a risk of tripping and falling. Having said that, the lehenga itself to me was meh. Kinda bored of seeing the same ole same ole blingy numbers.

Of Film Festivals

Shraddha attended a gala at the ongoing Red Sea Film Festival on Monday evening wearing a sequin gown from Falguni and Shane Peacock. Unfortunately, between all the sequin and hotchpotch of patterns, I wasn’t loving the gown itself. She attended a panel session wearing a pink Ekaya sari (see inside) with a brocade strapless corset blouse and statement belt and that was a far better appearance, I thought.

In Falguni and Shane Peacock

At promotions for her upcoming movie, Rashmika was seen in a custom Falguni and Shane Peacock sari embroidered with the names of the lead characters. The color was lovely on her but the whole name embroidery was too gimmicky and also made the sari a one time-wear.

Aditi attended a beauty awards event last week wearing a ruffle shirt and sequin skirt set from Falguni and Shane Peacock paired with layered necklaces from Isharya and Karishma Joolry. We see Ms. Hydari in either shararas or flared Nainika dresses, so this separates combo made for a very welcome change. She looked great!

Disha attended an awards event wearing a strapless blue gown from Falguni and Shane Peacock featuring a sparkly bust design. I actually liked her going the updo route which was a change from her regular fare but the whole “my gown has a slit and look I can put my leg this far out” pose is getting so old. It takes away from what could’ve been a nice look.
