Contrary to popular belief, a sheath-pumps-ponytail look isn’t the only way to get a nod of approval from us. There are many, many ways to have and hold our attention (as evidenced in these pages) but this isn’t one of them. Well strike that, Anusha sure has our attention.

Wearing Falguni and Shane Peacock, Anusha attended a recent party thrown by the designer duo. And while she has our attention, none of it was, shall we say favorable? Nothing about this look works for us. It isn’t fashion-forward, it isn’t edgy. Only tacktastic.

Husband/wife designer duo Shane and Falguni Peacock hosted a bash tonight and in attendance were these ladies wearing black and gold dresses with sheer accents. While Sophie wore her dress with her hair down and gold slingbacks, Evelyn opted for a half-up/half-down do with black strappy heels.

Loved Sophie’s look. Evelyn’s, not so much. Was neither a fan of the hairdo nor the heels. The hair, especially, was such a downer.

It isn’t a surprise that Anusha opted for a Falguni and Shane Peacock for the MTV Video Music Awards. The VJ/singer has been a long time fan of the designer duo.

However, unlike her sister, she edged up her dress by pairing it with gold studded peep-toe pumps. Side-swept hair that showcased a jewelled headpiece completed her look.

You like? I do.
