FHM India sure do love French Connection. Last month, we saw Minissha sporting a few and for the July edition, Deepika Padukone is seen wearing the Princess Sequin dress with the back left unzipped.

‘naiad’, ‘Rashmi’ and ‘Smitten’ point to us that we’ve actually seen this studded vest and now we know why we forgot. Who could remember the vest when distracted by those distressed denims. And it wasn’t just the denims that went wrong for Deepika, her outfit is just so busy and sometimes mixing different things can look good but in her case it certainly didn’t.
No points for guessing, which way we’d vote if we had a face off. 😛

In my opinion, a long pallu on a sari is equivalent to a dramatic train on a gown on the red carpet.
Now, you can understand why I am a tad bit disappointed on seeing Deepika on the red carpet in this white Rohit Bal sari. I am not saying that she doesn’t look good, which she does… And, if this was a dinner event minus the hoopla it would be fine but it is such a huge red carpet event…

Katrina was spotted at an event wearing odd denims with a tee and black casual vest, a look that instantly reminded us of Deepika from a couple of months ago. You know what that means, it’s Face Off time! 😛 Whose look do you prefer?

Yay! It’s that time of the year already! Yep, Cannes has started which means not only star appearances but star appearances in beautiful outfits (and for some not so beautiful ones).
This year, Deepika Padukone will be attending the Film Festival courtesy an invitation from Chivas Regal (a Cannes Partner) in Rohit Bal designed outfits and at a press meet to make the announcement, the actress wore a white and maroon anarkali. As much as I am excited for her, am not digging the makeup with this anarkali. Fingers crossed that it only gets better from here.
