Kiara gave us ‘dressed-up, dressed-down’ versions of an essentially similar aesthetic while out in Mumbai recently.

Of the ‘dressed-down’ look- neither the denim jacket, nor the Chanel espadrilles or the Dior tote really did anything to deflect from the fact that the separates really were just activewear. And the whole mix was a touch odd! In comparison, Kiara had a lot more success with the (relatively more) dressed-up version. Teaming the beige-toned separates with another denim jacket, she rounded out the look with platform sneakers and a tan clutch.

Twice The Nice?

This past week, Nimrat was photographed at two Mumbai restaurants, teaming the same olive dress with a pair of Chanel espadrilles. Wearing her hair down, she rounded out the look with a Saint Laurent chain-strap bag the first time, and more recently threw her hair back in to a ponytail and rounded out the look with a roomy Chanel tote.

Which iteration of the look do you prefer? Not being able to pick one is a perfectly acceptable answer; Nimrat looked nice both times. Personally, don’t much care for that tote so we are just going to vote for the first version by default.

Doing Denim- Part Deux

While Mira and Jacqueline stuck to the basic white tee and denims combo for a recent spot of travel, Gauahar added a red bouclé blazer to her separates while out in Mumbai recently. Malaika teamed her denims with a sweatshirt while Mallika dressed hers up with a pair of Gucci boots and Chanel ‘Boy’ bag.

While none of these looks were much to write home about, Malaika’s has my vote; it was casual while still looking put together!
