Alia graces the cover of Femina Hindi in a Sailex from the Winter 2013 collection. But, this isn’t the first time the Bhatt girl is being seen in one. Grazia’s Dec 2012 edition had her in not one but two of Sailex’s designs from the same collection.

We shouldn’t be comparing but she does look good in the Grazia shoot, doesn’t she? 😛

For the Awards Night, Alia picked a Shehlaa by Shehla Khan gown. Wish she had done something more with her look than the easy hair and soft make-up. Not that it looks bad, it’s just that we are still waiting for the wow-she-has-arrived-jaw-drop look from her!

P.S: Sonam wore a version of this dress on the show India’s Most Desirable back in 2011. And she killed it! We like(d). Look inside.

For her very first Filmfare Awards, Alia opted for a Manish Malhotra lehenga. Considering we’ve seen the likes of Priyanka and Katrina do this look (lehenga with side swept hair) so many times, it has lost its edge.

Wish Alia had gone for something more young. And more unique.

Giving us the customary Manish Malhotra sighting were Sonali and Urmila with the former in a collared blue anarkali and the latter in a pink high neck one. Of the two, much preferred Urmila. She looked radiant.

Sonali’s red sandals was too jarring against the blue outfit.
