Mrunal wore a black sari from Mrunalini Rao to the Mandanna-Deverakonda wedding reception that featured an ornate blouse and border. I am on the fence about the drape here especially that skinny pleated pallu. And also how short it is on the back. Neither here nor there.
You like the way she wore it? Or would’ve preferred a regular drape?

Pallu may be thin but it is not short
Exactly, I often see comments here about short pallus, but the trend of having 7 meter sarees with pallus that trail on the floor is just a designer obsession. Many women wearing sarees have pallus that don’t reach the knee
would love to see this saree draped correctly. What little of it you can see looks pretty
Proper drape would havebelevated the look… But the one she chose isn’t a deal breaker cos the blouse is not vbrevealing. Pallu length seems fine. Trailing to the ground pallus have made the normal length look short !
In a wedding so elegant the awful drape and silly outfit sticks out like a sore thumb(sdown)
Nah . Will never be onboard with this drape . Just takes away the elgance .

I like how she wore it. She is not wearing an itsy-bitsy bra top, in which case it might have looked bad. And the length of the pallu is perfect. Why should it be trailing down all the way?
I quite like it the way it is.. definitely easier to manage than a flowing pallu. It definitely does not look vulgur.
She is looking nice and mostly appropriate for the occasion. The drape isn’t so glaringly strategic as other ones we have seen. The craftsmanship on the outfit is nice.
