Wearing a purple strapless dress featuring a statement train, Suhana was announced as the latest ambassador of a beauty soap label, one that her father also used to endorse. The dress was nice but the whole pairing of the outfit with those glittery platform sandals was where all love was lost. It just felt too prom-ish/tweenish. But, maybe that is the target audience.

But if she wore different shoes with the dress, sans the train, this would be a 2010 Lanvin look.

The real reason for star kid launches is not a movie career as much as well paying adverts/endorsements, ribbon cuttings etc. I wish for the good old days when the same bunch of celebs were not there in every advert. Some of the product-celeb pairings are totally weird.
The dress is nice enough for the event I guess.
