Spotted Ms. Salve in a black and white geometric print dress from Mango at a recent Launch. Instead of pairing her dress with a black clutch/bag or the conventional ‘red’ for that pop, Shweta instead chose to go with a BV metallic hobo… As much as I love that bag, it just gets lost in that print.

Barring the mis-pairing (yup, made that word up), she does look goood! 🙂

Don’t forget to check out The Gallery for more pictures from the launch!

  1. She broke one important thumb rule in fashion; busy prints don’t work well on short frames. And I’m afraid the rule holds true here.

  2. Agreed! I love the dress and heels, but the bag has to go! Even though black would’ve been boring, it would’ve looked a lot better!

  3. she knows how to carry off anything even if we don smth tat she wears. the best tv star yet.wat is she doin on the small screen ?!?!?!? career move pls !!

  4. cute cute cute cute cute dress!
    I want
the shoes are just a bit too square for my tastes but, hey, it is better for the toes (I guess)

  5. A personal doubt?
i have a very similiar outfit, same colors, i was thinkin of wearin it with red pumps, is that a good idea or shud i go with black only??

    • sheet,
My advice is go for black pumps. If the print is as busy as this one is, its better not to make the oufit more complicated… Have one focal point that eyes draw to, not two. Adding a red shoe would do that…

  6. Pretty nice post. I just stumbled upon your site and wanted to say
that I have really enjoyed browsing your blog posts. In any case
I’ll be subscribing to your blog and I hope you post again soon!

  7. inspired by HHC, I tried to buy pumps for the first time ever, however, I couldn’t walk without the back end coming off as I lift my feet, Now my regular shoe size is and I even tried a 6 1/2… any tips?

    • Lulu,
The red text for Mango top links to the Mango site. But, I doubt you are going to find the dress anymore. We couldn’t find it at the time of posting.
