At the Prithvi Theater Festival, Ratna and Sanjana wore woven saris with the former opting for a yellow Dhakai and the latter. a classic cream and gold Kasavu. Two weaves that I sure have a weakness for, so I am obviously loving the ladies in it.
P.S. Ratna is carrying a Pure Ghee potli.

Much as I love the traditional weaves on them, do wish Ratna had chosen a lighter coloured t-shirt/blouse and not this one-top-fits-all-sarees black. Nothing complaints about Sanjana’s appearance. Elegant and graceful.
You can’t compare the two. Ms Shah has worn a beautiful saree shabbily. And what is that…blouse…t shirt..? Sanjana looks very graceful in her kasavu.
Like both the saris…Sanjjana’s especially. Met her at an event few months ago, such a graceful woman. Ratna should have worn a matching blouse, the black one is not doing anything for the beautiful saree. Sanjjana’s make up is off.
Agreed. The sari is nice but the makeup is bad. And the blouse plays spoil sport for Ratna.

Love the yellow saree, but the black underskirt makes her look like she’s wearing a black catsuit or something.
well you can expect Maya Sarabhai to always get it right
