Wearing what might be an Anand Kabra dress(?), Rani attended the ‘Style Icons’ awards in Mumbai. With her hair styled in soft waves, she rounded out the look with a strong red lip color.
The dress itself was strictly okay. But this look on Rani made for a welcome change of pace; it was relatively non-fussy and put together. She looked nice.

So good! Whoever thought she needs white n red make up, too bad, except the wrong make up this was a good look.
It looks great but one does feel that the gown/appearance looks incomplete.

Rani just pulled an Aishwariya. But she looks greats! The hair is fantastic, lip color perfect pop and I’g guessing she’s standing on blocks because she looks tall
Queen! She owns this.
I think this is a Masaba, the oversized motifs and scuba looking cloth are kind of her signatures.
This has a bit of an Aditi Rao Hydari vibe.
This is kind of ideal for smaller women because the single garment and colour is a clean visual line with just a few bold motifs to glam it up. Plus eschewing dupattas and other accessories that weigh down garments helps. I think Rani did well here.
Why is the backdrop of a Style Icons event so badly designed? it’s so busy and cluttered up, makes it difficult for any look to photograph well with all that going on behind
She looks lovely
She’s giving out Adams’ family vibes.
She looks taller than normal and resembles Daisy Shah.
