Sari Style

Rani attended Navami and Dussehra celebrations wearing different saris. Have a favorite between the two? Loved her pink sari and guttapusulu necklace with it but the contrast between the concealor and bronzer was a bit too much and hard to ignore.

  1. I love love love her white and red saree. For a change she showed constraint in the styling. The pink saree is back to Rani’s OTT blingy look

    • I wonder why she should get a pass. Both her saris are ugly. Agreed she comes across better in Indian wear than the horrible logo wear she shows off when she wears western….but still….why should she get a pass ??

  2. No one needs to get styled for a pooja. One can and should wear what they wish to a place of devotion. She is dressed appropriately for pooja while suiting her tastes and that in itself is refreshing.

  3. Love both sarees. The pink may be a bit much for some, but I don’t mind; the saree has gold threads and not sequins, which makes it subtle enough. She looks absolutely gorgeous. The pearl and gold jewels are drool worthy!

  5. I know her choice of dressing isn’t popular (I don’t like a lot of her outfits myself). However, in today’s Bollywood where each and every star appearance is unnecessarily and painfully curated, it’s nice to see people like Rani (Nandita, Mini, Konkana, among others) stick their personal choices. Otherwise, from Deepika to Aalia to Sarah to Ananya, they all look like they were cut from the same cloth. Just my opinion- don’t @ me 😀
