Wearing an Anita Dongre kurta churidaar set, Rakul attended Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations on Tuesday. Unlike the model, Rakul went with a mint colored one. She looked nice.
Coming back to the suit though, I found it a bit dull. Just me?

This is not at all dull. Looks perfect. Something that I would wear to a Pooja. Not the dinchak that Shilpa wore.

It is dull , also she’s always in fitted outfits so something so loose & comfy looks different on her , I guess she’s looking like how regular people would dress .

So this is my observation. Let me know your thoughts. What I’ve noticed is that not only are South Indian actesses more traditional/conservative in their dressing, but also the North Indians who have worked in the South have imbibed the southern culture. They take off footwear while lighting lamps, dress conservatively for religious festivals etc. The one boob show is normally restricted to movie functions. Bollywood actresses not so much.
