While Sonam went long in a blue jumpsuit, Malaika went short in a blue romper at Twinkle Khanna’s new launch event.

If Malaika had on a smaller bag instead of the big one, I might have said both but looking at the two, am gravitating more towards Sonam on this. What about you?

Ooh, I love yellow. Especially when it comes in the guise of an outfit like Ms. Tendulkar’s. Love it. Really do.

Not so much when speaking of an outfit like that of Preeti’s. Don’t know what is worse, the hard to pull off yellow-orange tone or the fact that they used the tacky bligny material both for the kurta and the churidaar… Besides, that snug silhouette just looks so dated.

Anyone else think Ms. Jhangiani might have wandered off the sets of Hissss? :p

It’s a sari we’ve seen Mahima wear before. Didn’t like it then, don’t like it now.

And even though Vidya couldn’t resist the drape, we sure are happy to see something other than a diaphanous chiffon on these pages.

As for Pallavi, her look reminds me just a tad bit of Juhi. Know what I mean?

In the past, we’ve seen ladies (Madhuri and Aishwarya) don some OTT saris to the Padma Shri awards and we haven’t been fans. But, they were winners. Kareena, on the other hand, coordinated with Saif’s white sherwani by wearing a white Manish Malhotra and for a guest was dressed just right.

The outfit was formal but not outlandish and a good choice because it didn’t take attention away from Saif. Because, after all, it was Saif’s moment.
