Etro’s Spring 2011 collection was showcased on the first day of Chivas Studio by Ira, Ramona, Madhoo, Farah and showstopper Raveena.
The collection in itself was a mixed bag with some good pieces and some not so good ones. Interesting prints aside, some of the outfits worn by the ladies were down right bad (read: the jumpsuits) and the styling only made it look worse. But, who would’ve thought even with bad jumpsuits on display, the showstopper would still fare worse. Egad at Raveena’s big hair!

Ms. Choudry posted a pic of herself wearing a Manav Gangwani gown at the Zee Cine Awards. Most times, we’ve seen Sophie salvage a bad outfit just by wearing it well. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case on this occasion.
The bright blue, the lace and the fish-tail skirt came off looking tacky rather than dramatic. If this was a regular slip style gown minus the fish-tail element, it would’ve worked so much better.
