Deepika picked a Dev R Nil sari for the Awards held last night. The choice of sari makes for a refreshing change and we loved it. Giving the dark lip color a break, she finished out the look with a red lip, pearl earrings, braided hair and metallic pumps. Minus the choice of pumps which strikes us as odd, she looked good! We like.

Jahnvi accompanied her parents and younger sister to the IIFAs and posed for the photogs on the green carpet before the event. For the evening, she picked a Dolce and Gabbana full-skirted dress, one which she paired with a messy, soft updo and ankle-strap sandals. The print makes it contemporary, the silhouette and styling, age appropriate and overall, a look that she wears well. We like!

Swara attended the Awards ceremony last night wearing a strapless Badgley Mischka. Unfortunately, a shimmery gown alone isn’t enough to make one shine on the red carpet. As much as the dress works, the actor was immensely let down by the styling. The earrings didn’t work with the dress and neither did the hair and make-up.

Ferragamo clutch and Stuart Weitzman sandals finished out her look.

Kalki picked Gaurav Gupta for the Awards and while she’s had success with the designer in past, this particular outing had us looking to see if there was a wand tucked in there somewhere. A little too out of the ‘Fairy Tales’ for us and unfortunately, with no happy in sight.

It was a Gauri and Nainika gown for Yami while at the IIFA Awards. Wearing her hair down, she finished out the look with a soft pink lip. This dress needed more, not that we were big on it (the dress) to begin with! Yami’s look screamed Prom… Not a good look for a major movie awards night. Surely Ms. Gautam could and has done better!
