While at a preview event held at Atosa, Amrita picked a high-low Nikhil Thampi top pairing it with black (leather) pants, black pumps and a Suhani Pittie necklace.
You may recall seeing the same top (in green) on Madhuri Dixit as well. She too paired the top with black pants and pumps. And chose to finish out her look with Amrapali earrings.

Much prefer Amrithas version. Her top covering the crotch area makes a positive difference.
Now that you mention it – EXACTLY! The fact that the top covers the crotch area makes me like Amrita’s look a LOT more.
the high neck doesn’t suit amrita and the entire look is too dull and dreary
