Koena, i would say.That hair(toupe?) and the dress is sooo halloween-sque.
Honestly, I don’t understand how Minissha Lamba became an actress. She always looks so oily and like pale and washed out.. she has no personality.. nothing! I don’t get why some people think she’s cute. About the dresses…I’m sure everyone is going to say Koena looks worse, but at least she has some personality.. some (very little) but some star quality. Her body looks pretty hot, her skin is nice, her hair is nice, you can tell she’s going for some punk/school girl look. At least she’s trying to have a “look” and she’s much more interesting to look at than Minissha. Minissha looks like a mom going to pick up her kid from school.
Both are equally bad.. Net linings look so bad!

I think the colorful stuff of pink, blue in belt area did it… the left top looks like undergarment than a dress.
