Sari Style

It was a two sari day for Ms. Balan who attended at roundtable talk wearing a striped black and white sari and then the Monga-Kapoor pre-wedding party in a floral Raw Mango one. At first glance, I didn’t quite like the shirt on her but the more I look at it, the more I fould myself warming up to it. As for the earlier look, got no complaints. She looked great in it!

Vidya looks nice in the black and white – don’t care much for the floral one.
Guneet Monga is a great dresser – I wish we could see more of her after the wedding as well.
nope, sorry, that floral Raw Mango doesn’t work for Vidya. in fact, it wouldn’t work on anyone. full Kardashian couch upholstery vibes.
the black-and-white saree is the one that would’ve looked great with a black shirt, if she wanted to go down that route for an ‘intellectual’ work thing. as it is, it’s nice but not really memorable, which it had the potential to be.
First look is awesome
Love the floral. Usually I’d find it too busy but she’s making it work .
Love the lady in the striped saree- understated and sexy..
First look is flawless… Wish she paired the same black blouse with the floral saree. Print on print overwhelms her so !
She’s looking lovely in all of the saris.
I liked both looks. Nice in their own way.
The floral look needed different accessories though.
