Going by her appearances at past Award shows, there’s no doubt Ms. Kapoor wears Nikhil Thampi well. This particular instance however was a letdown.
The majorly creased fabric really brought down the look a notch or two. Besides which, Vaani also appeared to not know what to do with the train. Holding it up wasn’t the right answer! The puckering of fabric under the metal flowers (second row, rightmost picture, top right of the dress) and the visible zip only added to the woes. Not feeling this look much!

Oh gosh.. she looks like she’s wearing satin curtains. This is the worst I’ve ever seen Vaani look. Grotesque outfit.
