Ms. Padukone was spotted wearing a sleeveless version of the angrakha style suit, seen first on Vidya and then on Raima in a different color last year.

It’s a simple yet cute look. Only wish Deepika hadn’t covered up the tie-part with the dupatta. Which version do you prefer more?

Vidya on FHM India:(Un)Covered. Pun Intended!

Considering it’s a mens magazine, no surprise to see a backless Vidya Balan in a Sabyasachi sari on the 3rd anniversary issue of FHM India but does anyone else think the pic has been badly shot? For one, its scary how it seems like Vidya’s face was copy pasted in. We don’t think it was but because the hair covers the neck and makes it seem like she doesn’t have one at all.

The second pic would’ve been more appropo.

A snippet from the interview: “Vidya says, “I’m glad people are getting bored of just seeing women in bikinis we’ve become very parochial about sexiness.

I think the sari is by far the sexiest garment it covers the right amount, it exposes the right amount it’s such a tease and I like teasing.”

At a recently held Awards, spotted Ms. Balan in a Sabyasachi sari looking quite lovely. Am not sure what I like more, the sari or those jhumkis. 🙂

Head Gear being the theme of Shabana Azmi’s birthday bash explains why Urmila wore a hat and Vidya, the jewelled necklace on her hair.

But, that doesn’t quite explain the hot-potch that was Urmila’s rest of the outfit. Between the two, Vidya fared much better because sans the head-piece, she did look good in her simple outfit.
