It’s a look we first saw her sport during Paa promotional events and looks like it’s back again…
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I don’t like. I’ll take the patchwork in an anarkali form but the maxi versions aren’t really appealing.

This is Sabya making use of leftover scrap fabric. And these two fell for it.

But just dont like so much 2 large patches in the “skirt” part of the maxi..either it should be all yellow or all green with the red border ?

She looks good! The silhouette is making her look slimmer, which is weird considering its a flary smock, the colours are gorgeous on her and the hair and makeup look fab. For somebody who usually looks bad in western clothes shes suprisingly pulling this off.

I have seriously begun to detest Sabyas work ever since he started designing these patchworked disasters (at one point in time I used to WORSHIP Sabya) and I detest those people even more who ooh and aah over these patchworked disasters just because it is a Sabya!
Take off those blinders women! If this was a nandita mahtani or a MM everyone would be abusing these creations! Just because it is a Sabya doesnt mean it is fashionable, remotely good or heck this one isnt even passable! I wouldnt have worn this even if I was paid!!!

agree, me too. also the only reason some are ohhing and aahing this left most look is because it is not full length and are spared the bizarre bottom detail in that picture.

I like her in the first one because the colors are pretty much of the same palette. However with the contrast palettes and prints, pretty much makes her look stumpy…u have to be tall to carry off the second one…your body will look stumpy if you are short…its better for short people to wear monotones..
I LOVE IT!!! Love it. I think it looks folksy and refreshing. VB looks lovely and the opposite of say Laila Khan.
Sometimes girls i think that your sense of fashion is suspect. Vidya looks spectacular. Those dresses are so retro 70’s in true Sabyasachi style and Vidya absolutely carried it off.
For some reason you both tend to like the pretty little dresses with the matching shoes, with the bling bag, with the same curls and matching accessories on a regular basis and if anyone makes a shift to individual style you always bring them down. All our actresses are looking the same thanks to people like you.
Maybe reading up on some fashion history books instead of cosmo would help you understand clothes better.
