Wearing an Anjali Jani sharara, Vidya attended the trailer unveiling of her movie Begum Jaan. While the look wasn’t quite ‘in-character‘, it channeled the lead character enough with the sharara and nose-pin element. And it also was marked by Ms. Balan’s signature style, a statement silver necklace, this one from Motifs By Surabhi Didwania.

Between the nose-pin and the big jhumkis, I would’ve preferred the outfit without the heavy necklace. She still looked nice.

Wearing a lovely ivory silk sari from Second Skin, Vidya attended the Zee Cine Awards. With flowers in her hair, the actor finished out the look with jewelry from Narayan Jewels. And, pop of coral via the bindi and lip color broke up the monochrome. She looked nice.

While in Kolkata for her upcoming movie’s promotion, Vidya was photographed in an Anavila sari. With her hair in a braid, she finished out the look with silver jewelry from Amrapali. She looked nice.

While returning from Kolkata where she promoted Begum Jaan, Vidya was spotted wearing an Eka dress and coat, the former which we also saw on Mini and Maria at Lakme Fashion Week.

Unlike the other two ladies though, Vidya also added a pair of white pants to her airport look. I would wear the separates like she did but definitely not with that bag. That was quite an eyesore.

It was a Raw Mango sari for Vidya while on the sets of a television show to promote an upcoming movie. Wearing her hair to the side, the actor finished out the look with silver jewelry from Silver Streak.

Given that Ms. Balan’s worn nose-pins back-to-back , it’s either her favored accessory of choice lately or her subtle nod to being in character. Either way, she makes it work!
