In Summer Away

Alia attended the Kapoor Christmas lunch back in a Summer Away dress paired with black sandals. The dress can be worn two ways and interestingly bears quite a resemblance to the below Self-Portrait mini dress.

In a day and age where there is Google Lens, designers should be a wee bit more careful when they borrow design ideas from other labels.

In Twos

Alia spent Christmas with her family wearing a red scarf dress from 431-88 by Shweta Kapur. What was interesting to me was the fact that Summer Away has an exact similar dress just minus the keyhole at the waist but am guessing because she wore the label to another Christmas party (where she seemed to be styled by Rhea), her other stylist Priyanka Kapadia put her in a different label for the family Christmas soiree.

Sanjana was seen at a jewellery event wearing a red maxi from Summer Away with mary jane flats. The maxi looked nice on the model but somehow falls flats on Ms. Sanghi possibly because of the length. Like what you see?

Alia grabbed dinner with her sister Sunday evening wearing a printed top and pants set from Summer Away paired with her fav Gucci bag. She also wore a floral maxi from the label while on vacation and pairing it again with the same Gucci horsebit bag.
