At Shabana and Javed Akhtar’s Diwali party on Wednesday, Sridevi changed it up wearing a Manish Malhotra sari with navratna choker and matching earrings complete with marigold flowers in her hair.

You know we love a sari sighting and I really want to like this look but I found the blouse with the embroidered border too busy and the pattern too jarring. Especially considering the sari itself had so much going on.

At Ekta Kapoor’s Diwali party, Sridevi was seen in a black brocade anarkali by close friend Manish Malhotra. With the anarkali itself being so rich, I wish it hadn’t been paired with the black dupatta that had that heavy embroidery border work. The dupatta drew too much attention to it when the eyes should’ve been on the anarkali itself.

She still looked nice.

At the MAMI Mumbai Festival opening night, Sridevi was seen in a printed cape and matching pants from Anamika Khanna with her Hermès Kelly clutch and black sandals.

Some may find the print on print look quite overwhelming but I loved it! Keeping the hair and jewellery simple offset the busy pattern well.

Sridevi graces the cover of Verve’s annual best dressed edition wearing a gold Rajesh Pratap Singh suit with a Belinda Bawa head piece. While I liked the idea of showcasing the headpiece, can’t say I love the grapevine detail. Especially considering the metallic suit. Would’ve preferred the headpiece without it.
