At the red carpet of the Stardust Awards, Sonam was seen in another Ulyana Sergeenko Couture, this one a striped dress featuring a contrasting winged bust. Wearing the midi dress with a Judith Leiber clutch and jewellery from Mahesh Notandass and Farah Khan Fine Jewellery, she finished out her look with a bold red lip and a wavy do.

After all those full-skirted appearances, the sexy dress made for a very refreshing change. We loved!

Volkswagen launched its new car with designer Kunal Rawal’s presentation. At the show, Sonam Kapoor was photographed wearing Rag and Bone denims, a Vince shirt, jacket from the designer in question and a pair of Zara oxfords. With her hair pulled back, the actor finished out the look with a fiery red lip and B. Romanek ‘Rockstar’ clutch. The menswear-inspired look made for a great change of pace, and it was a look that Ms. Kapoor wore rather well. I like!

Wearing Anamika Khanna, Sonam attended a movie screening held in Mumbai last night. A metallic clutch, minimalist black sandals and silver jewelry finished out the actor’s look. Elegant and well put together; I thought Ms.Kapoor looked lovely!

At the trailer unveiling of Neerja, leading lady Sonam was seen in a white Ulyana Sergeenko dress from the Russian designer’s Spring 2015 Couture collection.

Given the movie and the subject, I get why Ms.Kapoor decided to go the mature look route here and she did look great.

I just hope we get to see a few youthful and colorful looks going forward.

Sonam attened the Big Star Entertainment Awards wearing an organza top and full skirt, both from Dubai based Lebanese designer Rami Al Ali. Pairing the separates with a Judith Leiber clutch and silver Choo heels, she finished out the look with jewellery from Gehna and Anmol.

Given the neckline of the top and the full-skirt, keeping the hair simple was a good move but considering we just saw her do something similar on Saturday, this look felt like it came too quickly.

I also wish Ms. Kapoor would give us more youthful looks. These overwhelming gowns and mature looks are becoming a bit run of the mill.
