From Doha on Thursday, Sonam traveled to Muscat on Friday to attend the Filmfare Middle East 1st Anniversary celebration and was spotted wearing a white gown by Ezra Couture.
Was it better than yesterday? Yes and we’re just going to leave it at that.

Sonam attended the Fashion Trust Arabia Awards in Doha today wearing a pale pink Anamika Khanna sari and jacket with jewellery from her mom’s line, Sunita Kapoor.
While I loved that she opted for a sari and traditional jewellery, the sari color was so delicate that the jewellery felt a) excessive, b) jarring and as a result of it, the outfit felt too costumey.

Sonam opted for a pink Ralph & Russo gown from the duo’s Spring 2019 couture collection to wear to the Filmfare Awards on Saturday evening. As you can see, the runway piece didn’t have the arm sleeves and while adding them made for an interesting change, the gown itself looked hardly couture worthy, when you looked at the fit.

For Sonam, it was a Maison Yeya lilac gown paired with a box clutch and simple tear drop earrings. While I can’t fault the finishing touches or even the color of the gown which was divine, the look felt off at first glance. I blame the construction at the bust. The pleats were unraveling awkwardly.
