I can’t quite pinpoint what about Sonakshi’s look it is that doesn’t quite feel right. In some pics, she looks great, in some not so much. I believe its the earrings and that the shade of red is too maroonish to quite work the red lips aspect.

What say you?

In Shantanu And Nikhil

A boat-neck lace dress by Shantanu-Nikhil was Sonakshi’s dress of choice for the evening complete with a black satin clutch.

Really loved this look especially the side-swept hair that highlighted the diamond earrings just right. I’ll say it again. Love.

Sari Style

It was saris for these ladies at the 2010 Umang Police show. For us, Rani came off looking best in her red sari followed by Sonakshi. Priyanka went for an icy hue shade of sari which probably looked better in person but in photographs didn’t quite translate well. That paired with the ultra-blingy bangles made the whole look feel rather tacky.

Ditto!

Though we liked the Monisha Jaising maxi when we first spotted it on Sonakshi, it was her hair that completely killed the look for us. No such complaints with Sameera though; she looked great in hers!

In Black and White- Part Deux

Both Sonakshi and Shazahn kept it casual in black-and-white at their respective events. And while both look good, am going to take away major points from Sonakshi for wearing dog-tags. It isn’t the Nineties ladies, if you still have ’em, bury ’em.
