Shweta attended an art exhibition opening on Friday evening wearing a black maxi from Abadia. While the maxi as floor-length looked effective on the model, Shweta wearing it with those platform sandals and making it a midi-ish length didn’t work that well.

Wearing jamdani saris with the similar color motifs, Shweta and Rhea attended Durga Puja festivities. It was nice to see these weaves on them.
P.S. I can’t call them dhakai jamdanis just because yet again, a lot of jamdanis are incorrectly sold as such by vendors and a Dhakai Jamdani is one that is woven in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Jaya and Shweta attended newly weds Ira and Nupur’s wedding reception on Saturday wearing the family favorite label, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. I liked Shweta’s muted kaftan kurta and pants set a lot. Jaya’s suit, not so much.

Wearing an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga, Shweta attended the NMACC India In Fashion exhibit. Between that sheer panel on the choli that gave the illusion of spillout and the nath addition, all my love that was there for rich embroidery on the skirt went right out the door. How does one decide to step out when something fits so poorly.
