At an awards events, Shilpa was seen in a Kshitij Jalori sari and jacket paired with a heavy multi-colored necklace. Given that I can barely see the sari, perhaps the coat should’ve been given a miss.

Shilpa helped inaugurate an art exhibition on Thursday wearing a linen Anavila sari. I have to admit, her opting for a linen sari and then to wear her hair up in a bun with flowers was quite a curveball and made for a very welcome change. Just wish she’d picked simple medallion studs instead of those flashy danglers. She did look nice!

Shilpa was seen in a Mayyur Girortra lehenga at Ekta Kapoor’s Diwali party on Saturday and a sequin Manish Malhotra sari at her own one. Between the two, preferred her in the sari (despite that border). As for the Girortra, I thought it looked better with the dupatta as seen on the model here.

Wearing a Manish Malhotra sari, Shilpa attended the designer’s Diwali party. She looked fabulous. I can’t pinpoint what is the change of late (is it the make-up? the non-garish outfit picks?) but Ms. Shetty has been delivering some winning looks, of late. Hope she continues the trend.

Wearing a printed sari by Nadima Saqib, Shilpa attended the Taurani Diwali party on Wednesday evening. She did great by keeping the clutch and belt along the same color lines as the sari but while that neckpiece was droolworthy, it felt a bit jarring against the rest of the outfit. Agree/Disagree? Overall though, Ms. Shetty looked really nice!
